Nike Gives The Air Max 270 A Utilitarian Upgrade With New Vistascape Model

Though the Air Max 720 is by far more advanced in its cushioning, the silhouette has yet to achieve the same level of success as its predecessor, the Air Max 270. Even now — thanks in part to continued support as well as an alluring collaboration with Travis Scott — the 270 has remained relevant, going on to prepare yet another variant dubbed the Air Max 270 Vistascape.

Near unrecognizable from the original, the model effectively shines every existing element through a utilitarian lens. The tooling as well is provided a slight tweak as everything aside from its air bubble is supported by additional molds and a tread ostensibly influenced by adjacent ACG offerings. Uppers, which employ the most changes in quantity and quality, are quickly layered by hits of tan leathers and webbing, the latter cascading downwards from the eye stay while the former accents atop the toe cap, side profile, lace unit, and the like. Farther underneath, a dark olive outfits in ripstop, adding a robust barrier of protection against harsh weathers; functional improvements then continue at the fastening system, which employs a toggle at the tongue and a buckle along the back lateral.
