PSG x Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT Coming In 2021

PSG x Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT Coming In 2021

Originally teased via mock-up back in June, the PSG x Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT has recently emerged in unofficial in-hand images.

At a glance, the forthcoming collaboration between the storied French football club and Jumpman Brand is just as understated as the two’s first string of joint-efforts. Yet, closer inspection of the experimental Jordan 1 reveals a new approach to the on-going partnership. For starters, the silhouette indulges in an updated exposed foam construction courtesy of the CMFT (read: “comfort”) treatment, which leaves collar areas in a “deconstructed” aesthetic. As if the non-original composition didn’t warrant enough attention, it, profile swooshes and the wings-logo on the lateral ankle flap all indulge in a purple gradient–with the sidewall branding indulging in an iridescent finish. Co-branded Paris Saint-Germain emblems on the heel also boast a shimmering finish, further contrasting 2018’s collaborative Jordans. Elsewhere, “ZOOM AIR” text on the tongue label boast the space-reminiscent palette while the modified cushioning is encapsulated in a tried-and-proven white midsole/black outsole combination.

Full release details are still unknown, but PSG’s next project with NIKE, Inc. is likely to hit Nike SNKRS in early 2021. In the meantime, enjoy in-hand photos of the pair ahead.
