Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 debuted last month, and with it, Miles Morales’ new suit. Spotted on his feet was a new adidas silhouette, Ultra 4D Mid, which will release exactly as seen in the game this week.
Spider-Man and sneakers have grown to be a fairly popular pairing over the past few years. This kicked off back in 2018, when Jordan Brand released Miles Morales’ ‘Chicago‘ AJ1s from Into the Spider-Verse, before following up this year with another pair for the sequel, Across the Spider-Verse. adidas officially jumped on the train back in 2020, launching two pairs of Superstars worn by the same character in his own video game from Insomniac Games. Then, to coincide with the launch of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 last month, adidas returned with a special-edition release of the Ultra 4D for Peter’s Symbiote suit. In the end of the new game, Miles Morales appears in a brand new suit, updating his classic look with some fresh style and colors, explaining that he needed a “Miles Morales 1-of-1”. In addition to the suit, eagle-eyed players might have spotted a never-before-seen “1-of-1” adidas shoe on his feet, which combines the famous Ultraboost Mid with the brand’s 4D technology. Now, that pair is set to release later this week. Featuring a white knit upper, the Ultra 4D Mid adds spiderweb embroidery across its base layer, with red leather overlays that feature Miles’ blue Venom bioelectricity printed across. The 4D midsole comes in a vibrant shade of blue to match, with plenty of 3M scattered across the shoe for an eye-catching effect.

Taken directly from the feet of Miles Morales’ new endgame suit, the Ultra 4D Mid will be available exclusively to adiClub members, with a price tag of $230.
