Ciara and husband Russell Wilson were coordinating in elegant shoes while attending the 2025 Met Gala on Monday.
For the event, the singer opted for a pair of pointed-toe pumps, that were sultry-yet-edgy with an elevated design that complemented her lavish dress. Crafted from leather material, the Christian Louboutin footwear peeked through her long gown and featured an angular design in the upper, which is in-line with what the stars have been choosing for their appearances and outings this year.
A year-round seasonal staple, the silhouette also included a closed-back design that secured her feet in place as she walked alongside with her husband. Rounding out the footwear was a razor sharp stiletto heel estimated to be in-between 4-to-5 inches in height.
For her outfit, the star chose a dazzling gown from LaQuan Smith that featured diamond accents with slits that showcased her toned legs and a long black train. She accessorized her ensemble with a pair of silver dangle earrings, and kept her makeup relatively classic with a neutral lip and smoky eyeshadow.
As for Wilson, he was seen in a sleek pair of black oxfords that featured glossy patent leather material. Shining bright as he walked on the red carpet, the dress shoes were completed by a block heel that clocked in at roughly 1.5 inches, with the musician choosing a 3-piece suit for the occasion, emphasized by its sharp tailoring, svelte lines and a matching black bowtie.
The 2025 Met Gala is being held tonight in New York. The theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” celebrates all things African American styles and culture. This year’s co-chairs include Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, A$AP Rocky and Pharrell Williams, along with Vogue’s Editor In Chief Anna Wintour. The gala gathers top stars from all walks of life, celebrating the arts and fashion for one night each year on the first Monday in May.
