Cole Haan Debuts GrandPro Lightweight Tennis Style For Men And Women

Cole Haan is ready to hit the court. The brand has launched its newest dual-gender collection — the GrandPro tennis shoe. The vintage-inspired leather sneaker features its signature lightweight Grand.OS technology.
The proprietary technology is designed to reduce weight, mimic the foot’s natural flexibility, offer breathability and provide responsive cushioning for enhanced comfort. While the women’s weights come in at just 5.6 ounces per shoe for a size 6, the men’s is just 8.8 ounces per shoe. The shoes also feature EVA outsoles and rubber pods in the heel and forefoot for added traction.
Coinciding with the launch, Cole Haan is releasing a multi-channel campaign titled “Lighten Up Your Game.” It embodies the light-hearted spirit and lifestyle of Grandpro Tennis, offering demonstrations of the collection’s features. The imagery illustrates weight comparisons with the style versus a variety of fun items including a Bloody Mary, tennis balls, a model airplane, a small coffee and baby chicks.

The collection follows on the heels of Cole Haan’s popular Original Grand and ZeroGrand collections, built on the same technology. These men’s and women’s styles range from classic wingtips done in novelty colors to sandals.
Both the men’s and women’s styles retail from $130-$150, and they are available in a wide color spread. The shoes are available online at Cole Haan and in its chain of stores.
