adidas Officially Announces The Yeezy Boost 350 v2 “Israfil”

As the first adidas Yeezy release of the month — and effectively the season — the brand has opted to defer to their ever-beloved Yeezy Boost 350 v2, dressing it up in a colorway that bridges both new and old ideas. As a nod to Islamic archangels, the pair takes on a unique “Israfil” dubbing; but as evident in its appearance, this connection arrives solely through name alone. Uppers are coated in a light blue feathered with grey threads throughout, creating a unique texture that juxtaposes the tans hued unto the sides stripe as well as the mid-section of the tooling. Darker cool toned accents — ones almost navy-like in shade — then dress up the entirety of the midsole walls as well as the lining. Officially announced by adidas themselves today, the “Israfil” is set to land on August 22nd at adidas.com in adults, kids, and infants sizes.

Later this month, we should be also be expected an adidas Yeezy 700 v3.
