Nike’s NEXT% System Inspired The ACG Mountain Fly And Air Nasu

As temperatures continue to drop and both rain and snow become norms within weather forecasts, the need for rugged, durable apparel and footwear becomes of more importance. Nike ACG, as it’s been doing for decades, has prepped a noteworthy collection ahead of the year’s wettest and chilliest days, which includes the all-new Mountain Fly and an update to the Air Nasu.

Although both propositions are secured with GORE-TEX membranes, only the newcomer indulges in a tall silhouette for extra insulation. Clad in muted tans and pitch-blacks, both models are perfect for traversing the elements without worrying about immediate discoloration. Carbon fiber plates (FlyPlate) and Nike React foam from the game-changing Alphafly NEXT% make their way into these All Conditions Control footwear products for upgraded comfort and energy return. Thanks to its multi-directional traction, the Air Nasu can compete with the Mountain Fly in regards to tackling rocky conditions, it falls short in keeping the elements out due to its lack of bootie design, speed-lacing system and tall trim.
