NASA And adidas Deliver An Ultra Boost DNA In Halo Silver

NASA And adidas Deliver An Ultra Boost DNA In Halo Silver

For the future of footwear, adidas turned to NASA back in November 19th to bring the former brand’s famed Boost midsole into space for further product development. A year later, the two have continued to collaborate on space-inspired iterations of popular silhouettes such as the NMD and Ultra 4D. The Ultra Boost DNA is now ready to take off alongside as the next model to get a space travel makeover.

The “Halo Silver” colorway, inspired by NASA’s cargo spacecraft, gives the Ultra Boost DNA a clean, futuristic aesthetic. Adding some dimension to the all-gray model, the heel counter has a metallic silver finish that is well-fitting for the aerospace theme. On the tongue, NASA’s true blue insignia is found to establish the space agency’s approval of the release. In a clean white, the classic foam Boost midsole finishes the model for more earthly comfort.

The Ultra Boost DNA will be available for purchase on December 6 at adidas.com and other sneaker retailers.
