Sneaker Con Teams Up With NTWRK For First-Ever Virtual Event Hosted By Hasan Minhaj And Nick Diamond

After a short hiatus following its Sean Wotherspoon-assisted event in Shanghai in mid-December 2020, Sneaker Con has recently revealed that its next affair is going virtual with the help of NTWRK.

For the uninitiated, NTWRK is is North America’s leading livestream shopping platform, having tapped collaborators the likes of Sophia Chang and FaZe Banks for exclusive drops since launching in 2018. On June 26th and 27th, the multimedia experience-connoisseurs will assist Sneaker Con host the first-ever virtual edition of its iconic gathering.

In addition to the shopping experience, special giveaways and exclusive grails typical of a Sneaker Con event, the forthcoming function will be hosted by Hasan Minhaj and Nick Diamond (real name: Nicholas Tershay). The livestream shopping festival will also feature musical performances and panel discussions led by some of the sneaker community’s most recognizable and insightful personalities.

“Sneaker Con’s focus has always been to continue nurturing the sneaker community by bringing sneakerheads together, while creating memorable experiences that will increase their passion for the culture,” said Alan Vinogradov, Co-founder of Sneaker Con. “We never imagined being able to do that virtually which is why we are so excited about teaming up with NTWRK.”

Both Minhaj and Diamond have shared pieces of their own sneaker journeys with the world via various platforms they’ve engaged the public through, but the latter’s involvement could lead to a surprise Nike SB Dunk Low release. In any case, more event details will emerge via NTWRK’s social media platforms as June inches closer: Twitter (@NTWRKLIVE) and Instagram (@NTWRK).
