The Saucony Shadow 6000 “Fried Chicken” By END. Is Finger-Lickin’ Good

The Saucony Shadow 6000 “Fried Chicken” By END. Is Finger-Lickin’ Good

Over the past few decades, END. Clothing has collaborated with dozens of brands on apparel, accessories and footwear. For its latest joint-effort, the British retailer has revisited the theme of food with none other than Saucony.

Inspired by fried chicken, the duo’s latest Shadow 6000 project adds another tally to the celebrated list of food-related concepts that includes the Shadow 5000 “Burger” and Grid 8500 “Lobster” from 2014 and 2018, respectively. The shoes arrive packaged in a white and red box that nods to the traditional buckets that carry the finger-lickin’ treat. As expected, the sneakers themselves make the most obvious reference to the END. team’s fast-food favorite, opting for a combination of hairy and soft suede clad in golden brown. Saucony’s signature running river logo is reimagined as a chicken drum via the red chenille and white leather swath at the profiles. Co-branding lands on the top of the tongue, as does an approving chicken graphic.

Enjoy campaign imagery of the pair ahead, and anticipate an END. Launches drop on Saturday, October 22nd.
