Salehe Bembury Debuts The Crocs Pollex Slide In “Citrus Milk” On May 25th

Salehe Bembury Debuts The Crocs Pollex Slide In “Citrus Milk” On May 25th

First teased in late February, Salehe Bembury‘s Crocs Pollex Slide has finally received a release date: May 25th.

The Los Angeles-based designer has recently taken to Instagram to confirm the launch of his latest footwear project with Crocs. Set to debut in a vibrant “Citrus Milk” color, the Pollex Slide is, according to official copy, “a utilitarian exploration of form and function.” The pair is presumably the first offering from Bembury as Creative Director of the Crocs Pollex Pod program, an initiative that allows the American designer full reign over a segment of the Crocs empire. Fingerprint-informed design cues reappear on the Bembury slides, connecting the new product with past collaborations. The laceless model features “multi-directional traction capabilities,” a “water siphoning system,” and “breathability” enabled by the Crocs Pollex blueprint.

Enjoy campaign photography of the pair ahead, while you wait to try your luck on May 25th via beaspunge.com.
