Over the last handful of years, Nike, Inc. has made a concerted effort to cater to a historically-overlooked segment of the market: women. Although the Oregon-based conglomerate continues to explore women-specific designs, it also keeps offering this consumer special collections like a newly-surfaced “Dusty Cactus” Pack.

The collection hasn’t been officially unveiled by the brand, but retailer photography of three shoes donning similar styles have surfaced. Nike’s “Dusty Cactus” hue is widely-associated with the Air Max 93, a pair last seen in 2018, but it seems at home on impending launches of the Nike Dunk Low, Air Force 1 Low, and Air Max 1.

Each upcoming take from Nike Sportswear opts for “White”-colored bases that set the stage for the vibrant bluish-green hue. The women’s Nike Dunk and Air Force 1 favor a two-tone arrangement that sees “Dusty Cactus” take over profile swooshes and outsoles, amongst other components across the upper. By contrast, the original Air Max style included in the unofficial capsule opts for “Neutral Grey” suede overlays across its mid-foot and heel, nodding to the sneaker’s inaugural look. “Dusty Cactus,” then, takes on mudguards and branding, leaving the visible Air unit alone. Midsoles, however, enjoy an “aged” aesthetic reminiscent of the “Vintage” releases the Swoosh offered in the early 2010s.

Enjoy an early look at the pairs ahead, and anticipate a nike.com launch before 2023 ends. Pricing for the “Dusty Cactus” Pack ranges from $110 to $140 USD.
