We’ve got good news and bad news. The good news is that if you missed out on the limited quantity of Air Max 95 “Neon” big bubble pairs releases earlier this year, there’s another drop on the horizon. However, that respite won’t be coming for a little while — the general release for the shoe is currently scheduled for March 6th, 2026.
Given that the initially reported SNKRS date of April 18th, 2025 came and went without any updates, the fact that the initial drop would be the only 2025 drop was all but confirmed already. Complex’s Brendan Dunne revealed on the site’s flagship podcast that those looking for bigger stock numbers would have their hopes paid off with a wider release in 2026, while certain consumers who reached out to Nike customer support directly had that nugget confirmed.
Speculating from an outside perspective, the strategy does make some sense, leveraging easily the most iconic colorway of the model to start the 30th anniversary celebration off on the right foot, prioritizing heat around the shoe over sheer sales volume. Whetting public appetites in this way should mean similar coveted energy is intact come 2026, while adding anticipation to the litany of “Big Bubble” Air Max 95 colorways that’ll hit shelves in the meantime.
Again, circle your calendars for March 5th, 2026 if you’re aiming to get in on the iconic hi-volt style in this general release. Retail pricing isn’t yet confirmed, but
