The Ultra Boost is undoubtedly one of Adidas’ most coveted new silhouettes, and the brand lately has collaborated on the shoe with designers for limited-edition releases. Fans of the sneaker can pick up another new style this month.
Two colorways of the Ultra Boost designed by Junichi Abe of Japanese fashion label Kolor will hit select Adidas retailers worldwide on Sept. 25. The shoes will be priced at $285.
One colorway features a predominantly white upper with bright green lining and hints near the toecap, as well as a black panel near the heel. The midsole is also white — featuring the brand’s proprietary Boost compound — with bright green on the outsole.
The other colorway boasts a mostly light gray upper with a bright green lining, bright green hints near the toecap and touches of orange near the heel and the top of the shoe. The upper also features a navy blue panel near the heel. The outsole is a light gray.
Prior to the collaboration with Kolor, Adidas has worked with designers Stella McCartney and Kris van Assche on Ultra Boost collaborations, as well as the brand’s in-house creative directors Dirk Schönberger and James Carnes.
