Adidas has unveiled its 2016 Ultra Boost running sneaker, updated with a handful of technical improvements.
Updates include a more supportive fit at the base of the upper, as well as added flexibility and breathability. Adidas’ signature Primeknit upper has been knitted in a new way to give added support to the foot.
The sneakers are available now for $180 at Adidas.com in four colorways for women and three for men.
Adidas has offered several updates and special editions of the Ultra Boost. Over the summer, the athletic brand unveiled a prototype made with ocean waste and collaborations with designers Kris Van Assche and Junichi Abe, designer for Japanese label Kolor. For fall, Adidas offered neon colorways for both men and women.
Kanye West, whose Yeezy Boost 350 sneakers also feature the brand’s Boost technology and Primeknit upper, has been spotted in a white pair of sneakers and even plugged the sneakers on an episode of E’s “I Am Cait.”
