Comme des Garçons’ latest collaboration with Converse recently released, and as expected, it sold out quickly. However, fans of the styles can still get a pair now at select retailers and on the resale market.
For spring ’21, Comme des Garçons gave the classic Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star 70 in both the low and high-top variations a gray-based color scheme. The latest pairs feature the signature heart logos on the sides, white shoelaces, white toe box, and a white midsole.
Although the sneakers have sold out at Converse.com and a majority of Converse retailers, select sizes are still in stock at multi-brand retailer Dover Street Market. The low-top version is available in men’s size 3 to size 8, size 10 and 12. The high-top pair is available in a full-size run from a men’s size 3-12.
For the sizes of the gray Comme des Garçons x Converse Chuck Taylor All Star 70 that have sold out, they are available on the secondary market including StockX and the prices aren’t too far north of retail.
At the time of publication, the low-top version is currently reselling for an average price of $196 with prices start at $160 for a men’s size 7 and as high as $290 for a men’s size 6.5.
For the high-top style, it’s available at the time of press for as low as $166 for a men’s size 12 and upwards of $240 for a men’s size 9.5.
