Irina Shayk Embraced This Winter 2024 Trending Shoe Style for Her Latest Outing in New York City

Irina Shayk continues to use the streets of New York City as a runway. The model wore a pair of slouchy black leather boots on Monday.
Shayk has a long history with the black boot, but has been having a moment with them recently. On April 4, she was spotted multiple times. In two of her looks, she wore a black boot with a square toe and a curved heel. The inside of that boot was brown, differing from the boot she wore on Monday.
She eschewed the higher heel in a few looks this month for an equestrian-style boot for inclement weather.
Shayk has been running errands in New York City while taking care of her daughter Lea De Seine, whom she shares with Bradley Cooper. She’s been taking the child to school during the week.

Shayk’s boots were slouchy and likely over-the-knee styles. The tops of the boots were covered by her clothes.
The boots feature a block heel as well a sharp, pointy toe.

A model for brands like Burberry, Moschino, Versace and more, Shayk has become known for her street style. Her footwear closet includes names like Dr. Martens, Nike, Stuart Weitzman, Amina Muaddi and more. It ranges from stilettos and sneakers from brands like Chanel to boots which are often a staple. Those boots come in a myriad of styles.
In 2021, Shayk collaborated with Tamara Mellon, the former Jimmy Choo executive, on a capsule collection. That range included three styles: the Sand Dune, the Sun Valley and the Escape. The Escape was a slouchy boot. They revisited the collection the same year and three more boot styles including a pant-boot style.
