Jessica Alba, Kim Kardashian & More Stars Sparkle at Baby2Baby’s 2023 Gala
The Baby2Baby Gala’s red carpet brought out an array of textured style statements — as well as glamorous heels to match.
During the occasion in Los Angeles, stars stepped out in a wide range of footwear. Many strapped on towering stiletto-heeled and platform sandals for the occasion, including Jessica Alba, Zoe Saldana and Nicole Richie. Meanwhile, others slipped on sharply pointed pumps — including Kim Kardashian and Sarah Hyland — for a sleek and formal finish.
Jesica Alba shone on the red carpet while attending the event as one of Baby2Baby’s board members. The actress shimmered for the occasion in a gold and silver dress covered in allover sequins, which earned a dramatic sheen from metallic gold platform sandals with sacked soles and tall heels.
Kim Kardashian stepped out for the Baby2Baby Gala in a slick Balenciaga catsuit, which featured a stiletto-heeled base with pointed toes. The “American Horror Story” star’s attire was complete with a sheer black floral lace top layer, complete with delicate beading and a black bow waistline.

Hailey Bieber made a sharp entrance in a strapless black dress, complete with a cutout back. The Rhode founder’s minimalist attire was elevated with Tiffany & Co.’s gold and diamond Jean Schlumberger ear clips, as well as the jewelry brand’s sculptural gold Elsa Peretti cuff bracelets and diamond-set Tiffany Lock ring.
Sofia Richie opted for a multi-textured statement with open-toed satin heels, which were layered beneath a feathered black Chanel dress with a draped sheer skirt and frothy hemline. Her sister Nicole Richie, meanwhile, made a sleek entrance in a deep red velvet Alberta Ferretti dress and House of Harlow 1960 statement earrings.
Zoe Saldana blossomed at the gala in a gleaming pair of heeled black patent leather sandals, paired with a corseted white short-sleeved minidress with a deep neckline, rounded shoulders and dramatic side rosette. The “Avatar” actress complemented the black rose-printed piece with an array of rings, as well as gleaming diamond hoop earrings.
Zooey Deschanel sparkled on the red carpet in a set of Roger Vivier’s $1,495 Très Vivier pumps, which featured a Mary Jane silhouette with low block heels and gleaming crystal buckles. The preppy set added a whimsical flair to the rest of the “New Girl” actress’ outfit: a black velvet minidress with an embellished waistline, paired with sheer black tights and Vivier’s velvet $1,675 Vanity Strass handbag.
The Baby2Baby Gala raised funds and distributes resources to children in poverty. Held in Los Angeles, this year’s annual event featured a star-studded guest list, including Kim Kardashian, Lori Harvey, Heidi Klum and Zooey Deschanel.
