Keyshia Cole made an appearance at SiriusXM Studios in Los Angeles on Thursday showcasing an urban academic look including a pair of denim boots from Alexander Wang.
The “Heaven Sent” singer wore a utilitarian khaki miniskirt featuring spacious pockets with a short sleeve pinstriped button down in pale hues of blue and white. She showcased the effortless French tuck look, with the front section of her shirt tucked into her skirt while the back was left out. Gucci accessories including a baseball cap and a bag slung across her body complemented her look. Cole modeled many sparkly jewelry items as well, including layered necklaces, stud earrings and a tennis bracelet-ring combo creation. Her curly hairstyle featured both a dark brown hue in addition to a honey blonde color.
Picking up the light blue of her shirt, Cole donned a pair of denim boots from Alexander Wang — specifically the brand’s Viola style — which resembled a pair of blue jeans. Crafted from cotton, the shoes featured an upturned pointed toe and slouchy knee-high shaft. A stiletto heel measuring 65 mm, or 2.5 inches, offered Cole a bit of extra height. The boots also included a thin, horizontal hardware adornment on the vamp bearing the brand’s name. The shoes are currently half off at Saks Fifth Avenue at a price of $475.
Denim boots might very well be experiencing an increase in popularity lately. GloRilla wore a custom-made pair from Jennifer Le when she was at NBC’s Studio 8H ahead of her “Saturday Night Live” performance in January; the shoes featured colorful jewel embellishments against a denim canvas. And Beyoncé modeled a pair of denim cowboy boots from Christian Louboutin for a Levi’s campaign released in 2024.
