Megan Thee Stallion attended the 4th Annual Gold Gala held yesterday in Los Angeles. Beyond Megan, notable attendees included Mindy Kaling, Chrissy Teigen, John Legend, Liza Koshy, Jhené Aiko, Tan France, H.E.R, Brenda Song, Shay Mitchell, Sandra Oh and Laufey, among others.
The “Mamushi” rapper donned a standard but flattering pair of black leather sandal heels. The chosen style featured matte black leather uppers accompanied by thin but sturdy straps atop her toes and around her ankles, situated in place with adjustable gold buckle closures.
Rounded almond-shaped open toes gave way to leather soles and 3 to 4-inch stiletto heels, offering the singer a subtle boost in height. The shoe is exceedingly similar to Stuart Weitzman’s Nudistsong heel. Black sandals are extremely popular for red carpet endeavors, given the style is classic and dressy. The stiletto heel offers height and length, while the black leather uppers are versatile, pairing well with dresses and suits alike.

The “Sweetest Pie” rapper matched her footwear, opting for a monochrome black gown from Quine Li. The garment was maxi-length and featured a high neckline and sculptural detailing around the bodice and hips. The dress also included sheer lace paneling and a free-flowing black skirt made of a black fabric fixed with sequins, creating a shining finish. Slits up the sides of the dress created dimension, offering a daring touch. Megan’s jewelry included dangling beaded earrings and chunky rings.
The “Legendary” former judge often slips into sharp pumps, platform sandals and heeled boots from a range of top brands, including Weitzman, Christian Louboutin and Jimmy Choo on the red carpet. Off-duty, she also wears colorful sneakers by brands including Giuseppe Zanotti. Aside from wearing bold shoes, she’s also starred in campaigns for Coach, Puma and Nike and launched a collaborative line with Fashion Nova in 2021.
