Reaching new heights, the “From Dusk Till Dawn” actress sported black leather platform boots. The fall-ready style consisted of glossy and lush black leather uppers that transitioned into thick platform soles, bulbous rounded toes and sturdy 3 to 4-inch block heels. Each design detail came together to create a chunky on-trend silhouette beloved by most, especially Hayek.

The thespian’s love for platform styles runs deep. You’ll most likely find Hayek sporting platform silhouettes hailing from Gucci, one of her favorite brands. These platform styles usually included patent leather or straight-up leather uppers in vampy black or burgundy hues. Oftentimes, platform-laden shoes provide the illusion of length, elongating the wearer’s legs and making them appear taller and leaner. This trick works especially well for those of us vertically challenged folk, like Hayek who stands at around 5’2.

Paired with her sky-high footwear, Hayek donned a denim maxi skirt in a dark wash along with a cropped black jacket. Underneath her outerwear, the “Desperado” star donned a plain black top tucked into her skirt. As for accessories, Hayek kept it simple with gold dainty jewelry and glasses with thick black frames.

Hayek is a longtime wearer of platform heels, both on and off the red carpet. For formal occasions, the “Frida” star often straps into matte neutral or metallic pairs, as well as pointed-toe boots or pumps from a range of luxury brands.

When off-duty, she can also be seen in Stella McCartney platform brogues. Over the years, she’s become a mainstay during Fashion Month, regularly attending fashion shows for brands including Gucci, Balenciaga, Altuzarra and Saint Laurent.
