Tracee Ellis Ross dressed up in a unique suit look complemented by Giuseppe Zanotti mules for a conversation in New York on Wednesday with The New York Times Well Festival.
On stage with Lori Leibovich, Ross modeled a dark suit with brighter red accents; the set included a blazer with prominent shoulders and wide-leg pants. A striped cloth belt tied in front added a striking pop of color to her look. Red stitching could also be seen detailing her pants.
To accent her suit, Ross slipped on Giuseppe Zanotti‘s Gz Mya Stone 90 mule. The shoes feature a low-cut vamp adorned with a rectangular gold-tone brooch. The silhouette also features a block heel with an inward slant and a square toe with sharp edges in front. Also available in black and white options, Ross modeled a brown hue of the shoe which blended with her ensemble. From Giuseppe Zanotti, the style retails for $1,050.
This appearance at The New York Times Well Festival comes not long after Ross turned heads at the Met Gala on Monday. While her mother Diana Ross was sure to make a statement in a dramatic white gown with a cascading train embroidered with the names of her children and grandchildren, her daughter made an impression with a colorful look by Marc Jacobs including satiny blush pink pants and a large bow in the back; she also donned a pair of shiny pink shoes aligning with her pants. For a Met after party, she switched things up with a pair of edgy black combat boots with a thick lug sole.
