Hey Dude and Jelly Roll, just ahead of the musician taking the stage as a headliner at Stagecoach, have revealed their sold out shoe collaboration is coming back.
The Second Chance drop gives fans another opportunity to own the Jelly Roll x Hey Dude Suede Debossed Shoe, which initially released in March as the second collaborative creation between the musician and the comfort-focused footwear brand. An interpretation of the Wally silhouette, the shoe features “tattoo” detailing mirroring the musician’s personal life. Interested customers can sign up here to be a part of the waitlist for the shoes, which will be available to shop on April 29. There is a limit of three shoes per customer.
“Second chances mean everything to me, I am a product of them. I’m excited that with Hey Dude’s support, my fans will have another opportunity to get their own pair of these customized shoes,” said Jelly Roll. “The shoe’s details are a reflection of my life, including family and faith. I am incredibly proud of this collection and have really appreciated the partnership I’ve had with Hey Dude.”
The first collaborative shoe between Hey Dude and Jelly Roll, released in October, was inspired by the artist’s “Beautifully Broken” album artwork.
Not only is the Crocs, Inc-owned footwear brand announcing the Second Chance drop, but it is also introducing Hey Dude Blanks, which gives fans the chance to make a creation all their own.
“We’re always looking for ways to help Dudes express their individual style, encouraging them to feel decidedly confident, carefree and chill,” said Lisa Li, Hey Dude vice president of global integrated marketing. “We worked with Jelly Roll to create a customized shoe that represented him, and now Hey Dude Blanks gives Stagecoach attendees the opportunity to be declarative about their style.”
Jelly Roll isn’t the only celebrity ambassador for Hey Dude. Sydney Sweeney is a partner of the brand as well and earlier this year starred in the Fashion Crisis Hotline campaign showcasing the Austin Lift style.
