Gayle King attended a screening of “Analyze This” during the 2024 Tribeca Festival held in New York on Friday. “Taxi Driver” actor Robert De Niro was also in attendance, along with comedian Billy Crystal. The pair discussed their comedy film “Analyze This” which debuted in 1999.
For the event, King opted for a campy footwear option, lacing up a pair of metallic silver glitter platform sneakers. The style featured glittering silver sparkles on the uppers, accompanied by white lace-up closures and thick rubber platform soles, offering the journalist a plush and walkable boost in height. King is a huge advocate of fun sneakers.
The television personality loves a chunky sneaker silhouette, one that incorporates an array of colors of wacky prints. The look is similar to one she wore only a couple days prior at the screening of “Diane Von Furstenberg: Woman In Charge.”
“Analyze This” is a 1999 film directed by Harold Ramis starring Robert De Niro, Billy Crystal and Lisa Kudrow. The comedy film follows the life of a psychiatrist whose number-one patient is an insecure mob boss.
King’s shoe style is sharp and vibrant.
